'Life is short' how many times have you heard this? Often people only realise life is passing by when they get grey hair. Then they ask themselves where did my youth go?

Allah has given us many blessings and we should always be thankful for them. To be truly grateful, we must use these blessings to do good things.

Sometimes we go through life saying and doing things which have an effect on other people. We often don't realise what harm we may be doing to others.

Since the beginning of time, Allah has set rules for mankind. Whenever humans turn away from these teachings Allah sends his prophets to bring us back to the straight path.

29. THINK BEFORE YOU ACT
The Qur'an is a guide for the whole of mankind. By following the guidance of the Qur'an we will be successful in this world and in the Hereafter. It is difficult for every individual to understand, we should find the right scholar for that.

30. KEEP ON TRYING
It is a fact that we will face many difficult situations in our lives. It doesn't get easier when you grow up. These difficulties change but are always there.

31. LOOKING AFTER YOUR BODY
We are so busy that we have no time to do anything. We have to do our homework and go to mosque. The rest of our time is spent resting and playing computer games.

32. A CLEAN HEART
When we talk about the heart we are talking about one of the most important parts of the human body. The heart has to be kept healthy and we must take good care of it. Physical fitness is very important in Islam.

33. ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability! This is a big word which has a lot of meaning for Muslims. This means that we have to account for everything we do or say in life. We have to account for every sin and good deed.

34. FORGIVING
Allah has ninety-nine names and one of the most common used is that Allah is most merciful. This means that Allah forgives peoples sins if they ask Him for forgiveness. When, we ask him for forgiveness.

35. PROUD TO BE MUSLIM
It is a fact that we will face many difficult situations in our lives. It doesn't get easier when you grow up. These difficulties change but are always there.

36. EQUALLITY
Allah teaches us in the Qur'an that He has made all people equal and the only thing that makes us different is how good we behave or how pious we are. Allah has given all mankind same rights.

37. DONT WASTE FOOD
Allah has given us many blessings for which we must continuously thank Him. Allah has given some people more and some people less.

38. LOVE OUR PROPHET
All Muslims love our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and try to follow his example. When you love someone, you want to be like that person and do what he or she does; look like that person.

39. RESPECT THE MOSQUE
The Masjid is a special place where Muslims go to perform their prayers, read Qur'an, learn Hadith, Seerah, and learn about different aspects of Islam. We have to be careful not to speak to loud and have any argument in the mosque.

40. JUSTICE
Everyone these days is screaming for justice. If they have been wronged they want their problems to be heard and things put right. Treating people equally is an important part of Islam.

41. MIRACLES
The Prophets of Allah were special teachers sent to their people to guide them and teach them about Allah. They all had the same core message that Allah is one and to only worship Allah.

42. YOUR NEIGHBOUR
In history, rights are something that people have fought and died for. Rights are considered so important that denying people their rights can lead to the culprit being punished .

43. SHOWING OFF
The Heart is the seat of all our emotions of which some emotions are not liked. One such emotion is pride which is considered an 'illness' of the heart.

44. RESPECT YOUR TEACHERS
In Islam we must respect our elders in all situations. We can never behave badly towards them and must always speak to them in a kind and gentle manner. Our parents deserve our help and kindness.

45. ZAKAH
We spend our whole lives working hard and earning money. Sometimes we are so busy in accumulating this wealth that we forget about the poor people who are also entitled to some of wealth.

46. GETTING PERMISSION
Some people don’t think getting permission is important. However, it is so important that even the Muslim rulers and scholars would take permission first.
